Terms and conditions
eMara rental terms are accepted during onboarding and must be versioned in the final rental agreement before paid operation.
Before driving
A driver must complete the required identity, driving-eligibility and payment checks. A reservation or login never by itself grants vehicle access.
Vehicle access
All vehicle commands remain subject to server-side authorisation. The mobile client cannot directly unlock, immobilise or otherwise command a vehicle.
Test environment
Test builds use test APIs and mock/read-only vehicle control. They must not be used for live payments, production customer records or real vehicle commands.
