How to request deletion
Email [email protected] from the verified email address on your account with the subject ‘Delete my eMara account’. Do not include passwords, payment-card data or identity documents.

We verify the request against the account before acting. If you can sign in, include your account email and use the authenticated support flow when it is available.
What happens
We delete or anonymise account data that is no longer required. Booking, payment, tax, safety, fraud-prevention and legal-dispute records may be retained for the applicable legal period. You will receive confirmation when the request is completed or if more verification is needed.
