eMara privacy information
This is a release-readiness privacy summary. The app-specific policy and booking terms must identify the final controller before store submission.
eMara data
eMara processes account and contact details, booking and vehicle-use records, location data during an active rental where enabled, verification status, support requests and payment references. It does not store raw Stripe Identity documents, selfies, biometrics or full payment-card numbers.
Service providers
Authentication may be provided through Authentik OIDC and configured Apple, Google or passkey methods. Identity verification is hosted by Stripe Identity. Payments are handed to pay.emarkus.org and its configured payment provider. Vehicle telemetry is used for safety, reservation and rental-operation purposes.
Retention and rights
Data is retained for the service, legal obligations, fraud prevention and dispute handling. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction using the contact route below. A deletion request does not remove data that must legally be retained.
